This is easy to set up and use. The built in speaker with the projector isn’t too loud, but the sound quality is good. However, the down side is that this projector cannot use bluetooth external speakers.

Haven’t been able to use it outdoors yet due to the weather but tried it out on my bedroom wall and watched a few episodes of castle rock. Good sound but if you are streaming from your phone through any of the apps make sure your volume for those are up as well. I thought the sound was going out on mine and started to freak out but after checking everything i realized the volume for hulu was down on my phone. Thanks and hopefully we will get to enjoy this on a lot of nice nights outdoors.

You will need mono speakers for the projector if you want to hook up a sound system. It didn’t work but thankfully the speaker in the projector work great.

Projector worked great and was super easy to set up, the only issue i have is that it needs to be pretty dark for best results. I wanted this for mostly outdoors and in the summertime it just gets dark to late to be really useful. Indoors and in low light it looks great. If you have a dark room and plan to use mostly indoors i definitely recommend it for the price. I’m gonna have to return it and probably pay a lot more for an outdoor solution. Sound is ok but i’m sure most people will use external speakers of some sort, which is easy to do with the headphone output.

There really isn’t much to dislike about this projector. We originally purchased this to have in our retro game room, but after we started using it we were impressed with the quality of the image. Since it turned out so well, we are now using this as our theater setup. The sounds quality is decent, but if you are going to use it for anything immersive, would recommend at least getting a sound bar for it. Overall, the picture you get (along with a serviceable projector screen) for this price is worth it. Very happy with this purchase.
