SAMSUNG 65-Inch Class Qled Q70a Series – 4k Uhd Quantum Hdr Smart Tv
I ordered the 85 inch version and 2 days later at 6 am it was delivered. After having it professionally mounted we were off. The picture is amazing and you can see that it’s being upscale. I watched a few 4k test videos and movie scenes on youtube. In particular i watched the dark knight and the blacks are really good. You can make out the different shades and there was no smokey or ghosting in the blacks. The smart features are awesome. They even have an ‘art’ setting that turns your screen into moving or still art when not in use. Or ambiance where certain vibes or moods are selected and sounds and visuals are played to relax or set the tonethe one big gripe i have is the sound. Maybe i am spoiled as i have been using a sonos surround sound for the last 2 years but the regular sound on this was several flat and not at all impressive.
Amazon delivered tv and when turned on it was obvious that the screen was damaged prior to delivery. Amazon was great they had a replacement tv delivered within 2 days. The replacement tv remote did not connect so i got on the phone with a amazon customer service representative they got a samsung service rep on the line and we had the remote reset and working within minutes. The remote has worked flawlessly ever since, it small, light, and rechargeable. Tv picture is excellent and features are a plus.
Picture quality is outstanding. Installation was not difficult. Got the mounting recommended by amazon which works great too. Very pleased with the purchase.
This tv is great for a very accessible price.
The sound is also great even though tv is so thin. The remote was a different and a little difficult to figure out at first.
