VIZIO 32-Inch D-Series Full Hd 1080p Smart Tv

The smart tv home menu is slow and often fails to respond at all. I’ve had to hard reset it twice when it would not respond at all, leading to lengthy firmware updates both times before booting back up. The picture quality is sharp but the contrast, color and even sound are poor across the board. That said, it has every smart tv app i use, netflix & amazon prime load up in a flash at the press of a button, it does everything it advertised and it’s still working just as poorly as when i first bought it. Imho it’s one of the better deals for the price.

Tv is what i want in all aspects (small smart tv for the kitchen) but the first one came with damaged screen, so i did request an exchange, the second one arrived today and actually shipping is super fast but sadly it takes for ever to turn on and when it does the screen turns black and you do wherever to go to the apps and nothing helps, it did work for set it up after trying like 3 times, i even talked to someone by phone to see if they can help me with this problem but now i am gonna return this one for a full refund since i don’t want to deal with the problem anymore, i just want to mention that a week ago we bought a 65” vizio tv for the living room and it works perfectly so just bad luck i guess.

Beautiful picture, fairly easy setup, horrible tinny sound. My ipad has better sound quality than this unit. I am going to have to add a sound bar to see if i can live with this thing. So sad that the electronics and smart features are so great and the sound quality of a 1950’s am radio. Bought the 24′ vizio sound bar and wow – – i can now live with this unit. Easy setup and the sound quality was improved 100%.

Tv works well but didn’t come with a power chord like it’s supposed to. Not worth returning everything to get a new power chord or dealing directly with visio so i got another on amazon for around $8 so no big deal. When the power chord showed up i plugged it in and someone else’s subscriptions were already logged into all the apps and it was called guest room tv. Once i logged out of everything and put my own profiles on though everything worked good and picture quality is nice so hopefully it’s just a one time thing and other returned tvs are wiped clean and have all the parts or are sold as used instead of paying the price for a new one.

The setup was easy and i like the way the smart tv works,picture quality is very good. The only complaint is the sound,as others have said it is a bit cheap and tinny,one thing that cannot be helped. It has no bluetooth so you cannot add a sound bar. That is a big take away otherwise it would get 5 starsworks great in my rv and fits in a cabinet perfectly.
