vankyo Burger 101 Pico Projector

I like the brand quality but i have a couple issue with their programming. The mirror connection doesn’t stay connected even on a fast ac network connection. I can only use this projector if i am connected by hdmi. If you are looking for wireless i would suggest another brand but if you don’t mind hdmi this is awesome. **update**customer service contacted me to discuss the issues with connecting wireless for the screen mirroring and are looking into it further. I appreciate them getting in contact to right the issue so i raised the rating to show the appreciation of finding a resolution.

Your browser does not support html5 video.  i love so much about this projector, my fav is the tiny portable size and bein able to use it wirelessly but only for 2 hours. I purchased the projector for my minivan/camper conversion (still in the works). We have connected it to the laptop, tablet, phone, desktop, and x-box via hdmi. The miracast is not a fav but it is not a dislike. My dislike is the volume and no blue tooth. The volume is good but not loud enough. I can’t think of anything else about the projector that stands out aside for the fact that if you do not turn the on/off switch off in the back it will drain the battery. All in all, it is a pretty decent mini projector that can be used almost anywhere.

As a college student living in a small apartment without much space for a full-size tv, this projector is an awesome solution. So far, my roommates and i have used it to watch the super bowl and chick flicks on valentine’s day and it has worked out really well. The feature that i love the most is that it has bluetooth so i can easily stream from my phone to the projector (however i do use the hdmi port most often because our internet is pretty weak). One difficulty i have with this product is that the only way to adjust the picture size is to physically move the location of the projector (but, so far, that has been easy to work around). I would definitely recommend this projector to my friends.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and found it to be a nice product but this product does not do everything it notes it can do. For example, to stream a movie wirelessly/through wifi, it will not work with disney + or netflix due to protections. In order to do this, one must directly connect a roku/firestick etc to the projector or purchase an adapter to connect to the product, which is another $50. The picture quality is solid, it bluetooth’s to a speaker but has some issues with connectivity if you use the wifi capabilities for movie/tv watching. I will also note, it must be mostly dark in order for this to work outside. Due to the aforementioned information, i will give this product an overall 3 star rating for the price you pay. However, i will say vankyo’s customer service has been top quality. They personally contacted me about my experience with this product, provided ways to solve the issue, and did their best to make it right. Haley (my customer service contact) personally contacted me and addressed all of my concerns. Therefore customer service is a 5 star.

So far really appreciating the product, and the accessories that came with it. The case is sturdy and holds all the items the projector came with, a small hdmi cable, a roku stick, and a roku remote. The projector has some weight to it and feels sturdy. Would really love to be able to connect to a speaker via bluetooth because the built-in speaker is terrible, and connecting a speaker via an aux cable makes it a bit awkward concerning stability and ease of use. Still, we’ve been able to figure it out. Would also like a manual keystone option, as it sometimes doesn’t adjust as much as it needs to. Still, hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, a solid projector at this price point.
