The new 65′ tv that i purchased had the feet way out on the ends, making it too wide for the table i use. The feet were also too short to lift the tv over slightly taller tables on either side of the tv. The product came to the rescue. It is very sturdy and, at least for me, was easy to assemble. A good deal of thought went into the design of this stand and i’m pleased with the look and functionality. There is now plenty of room under the tv for the sound bar. All in all, a solid, strong, quality product.
I just installed it on my 2019 samsung 65′ tv. The stand appears to be well made. One person can assemble it, but it is easier with two people. They give you packages that are well marked for each part that you will need. When you mount the holding brackets to the back of the tv is where you run into a problem. The spacers they give you are just a hair wider then the access holes to the internal nut in the tv. So when you do find the proper spacers and tighten down on the bolt, the spacers actually go inside the hole. You need to put a washer under each of these spacers, which is not supplied nor is it even indicated that you will need to do this. Also once i picked the spacers that kept the mounting brackets level on the back tv. I noticed then when mounted to the stand ,the tv was tilted backwards.
55′ samsung curved series 7 – if you’re wondering if this stand works, then read on. Very easy to assemble, just follow the diagrams. All parts are bagged and individually labeled, they match the diagram descriptions. Curved screen – variety of soft washers/spacers included, along with all the bolts needed for a flawless install. Product comes with everything you need. Glass base is tempered, unique, and stylish. The assembled unit is solid and sturdy, the swivel also a nice feature. So far, this stand has exceeded expectations.
The movers broke the stand on our older 65” samsung, factory replacements are no longer available. The tv leaned a bit, so i added longer spacers to the bottom (included). The stand does not tilt, only swivels so you may need to adjust to your tv. As an added bonus the speaker bar now ticks under the tv. This is a good replacement if your factory base is damaged or doesn’t fit your tv stand/cabinet. I broke the glass base being clumsy and had a free replacement the same week. Perlesmith support was far more helpful than i had a right to expect. I will look to them first next time a mount is needed.
Putting this together was very easy with the included allen wrench and regular wrench. I love how it comes with various length m6 and m8 bolts for attaching the hook bars to your hdtv. I didn’t need any of the different size spacers either but i’m sure others will need them. Reading other reviews you’d think they were assembling some complicated piece of machinery. I’ve had no trouble with my hdtv leaning left or right. No broken glass and no missing parts either. Maybe some of these whiners should hire someone to assemble this stand if it is that difficult for you. The black color blends beautifully with my 55 inch 4k tv.
