DBPOWER Wifi Projector

 this very compact, lightweight projector exceeded my expectations. The fan is quiet, the built-in speakers are very loud and not tinny. We set it up for a 100-inch image on a 100-inch projector screen, in a dimly lit room and it transformed the room into a mini-movie theater. We tested it side-by-side with our $1,000 projector that we use at large events. While the more expensive projector was sharper, it also lit the room up so much, we felt like the lights were on. This projector provides clarity while not lighting up the entire room. It was way more enjoyable to watch on this projector. Literally made it feel like we were at the movies. The remote works perfectly, although an illuminated remote would be better. We tested with a firestick, a computer, and via android screen share.

 i would like to say that the pictures and videos speak for themselves. I am very pleased with the quality picture of this player particularly the vivid colors it renders on the screen. I particularly like its portability and ease of use. The learning curve is minimal. I can now take movies anywhere since it has a usb connection. Sincerely happy with this purchase.

After purchasing a basic dbpower projector around christmas time, i was wow’d with the quality that such a compact projector could provide. I purchased this upgraded wireless model to use when traveling. The direct connection means we don’t have to rely on spotty internet service to connect and we can stream a video direct from our devices. The bulbs is super bright, and projects even in less than pitch black conditions. The picture quality is sharp even after watching countless movies and playing switch video games. I am so impressed with the brand, and their two products that i own, that i am already looking to buy the next model as a gift for my family.

I know there are more expensive projectors than this but unless you got money to burn there’s no way i’ would spend 300+ for a projector. I have 1080p tvs and 4kuhd tvs 55inches so those are my comparisons. Here’s my likes, dislikes and final thoughts. What i liked:1)budget friendly price – i don’t need to expend on that.Given that there was a coupon when i purchased it, made it more appealing. It looked pretty clear and crisp to me. I had it on a projector screen with some 1080p video and it looked just as good on my samsung tv. I tested this inside my house in darkness. 3) light and portable – very easy to bring and i can hold it in one hand4) easy menu – seems pretty easy to understand and navigate.

I had a viewsonic that i spent $400 on. And while it was quite good, it was too big, wasn’t portable enough, and i could not mount it on a tripod so i could project it to my ceiling. I got rid of it and i bought this. For about about a hundred bucks (with a discount at that time), i got something that mountson a tripod, has excellent picture, and is nice and portable. And while the picture isn’t quite as bright as the viewsonic, for 25% of the price, it’s an absolute fantastic tradeoff. The pictures i have here are during a bright san diego summer day. The second one is projected to the ceiling which is textured. It still looks really good, doesn’t it?.
