Let me start from the beginning. It came well packaged and with instruction pretty simple to understand. The installation was done in few minutes without any difficulties. As per the hardware, they seem to be strong and willing to hold the use my kids are going to put them through. It comes with remote control and all cable necessary to view and recharge the battery. Cons; the mirror screen’s picture quality is a little off, if you compared with the main one (dvd player). I did adjusted the quality on the picture. But is good enough for the price and device.

Have used these a couple times and so far i am very happy with the quality. I love that the remote has a volume button on it. Still trying to figure out if i can get movies from my usb to play but haven’t had much time to mess around with it. The brackets that come with this set for the headrest is a great idea but unfortunately they did not fit my headrest in my 2015 mitsubishi outlander. The strap works perfectly fine and that’s wht i’m used to anyways. The power button will take some getting used to because it is a little stiff. I apparently didn’t read the description enough but pleasantly surprised with the touch buttons on the front of the screen.

I like the headrest mount brackets alot better than others use of velcro straps. They come with pivot attachments as well. Wish it came with a carrying case. I feel like these will provide our kiddos alot of entertainment for vacations. After taking these on a 5 hr trip we thought we had a bad set as only 1 out of 6 dvds would play. Luckily my brother had this issie from another brand before and told us to hold down the disc door while loading and it works then.

I just want to start out by saying i give the customer service 5 stars on this. I was so excited to upgrade our other dual dvd player, and had read hundreds of reviews and decided on this one. After installing it all into our vehicle, the slave monitor (the extra monitor) was very dark and grainy, and the picture quality was just horrible no matter what settings i tried to fix. But the main monitor was great. So i contacted customer service and they sent me out a new slave monitor, with a new cord, free of charge, to try to see if that fixed the problem. They also let me keep the original slave monitor and not have to deal with sending it back. Well, i hooked the new one up and it was the exact same. Dark, grainy, horrible quality, so i don’t know if that’s an actual problem with anyone else’s also or if i just got a bad main monitor, not sure. But i contacted customer service yet again and they gave me two options, to either send it all back and get a full refund or keep it and they give me half my money back. Well i already got rid of my other one and my toddler loves his dvd player.

We purchased these for a long road trip with our kiddos. At 3,4, and 10 years old, 12 plus hours in a car was going to be an adventure to say the least. These came in and i set them up and strapped them to the head rest and the only time we heard a complaint was when they need a new movie to watch. Sound was great and so was the picture quality. Screen was big enough to be seen from the very back seat of the van.
