SAMSUNG 82-Inch Class Qled Q70t Series – 4k Uhd Dual Led Quantum Hdr Smart Tv

Edit: software was updated and the issues previously mentioned appear to be solved. Updating rating and reviewit’s not possible that we live in 2020 and a company releases a product that freezes constantly and has a lot of bugs. I love samsung but this is unacceptable. The tv freezes each time you exit the player in netflix and disney plus. Also sometimes when you play hdr content the screen goes black. I hope an update fixes this soon. Also says its google play compatible but the amount of commands is very limited just to turn on/off change channel and volume. Kinda disappointed for a $1,500 price tag.

I’m not one to buy tv’s very often so when i do i like to do my research first, and a lot of it. After reading tons of reviews, then going to best buy and looking at the different tv quality in person. Is this the best tv on the market?. Absolutely not, but unless you are willing to spend $4000 on an oled tv, this is going to be the best bang for the buck. The q80t was another step up, but i didn’t feel it was worth the price difference. The brightness, clarity and contrast on this tv is amazing. The blacks are black and movies in 4k are absolutely stunning. As you can see, even gaming and older movies look great. Take if from someone that has done their research, this is the best tv you’ll get in this price range.

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews because every new model of electronics will have issues. Qled color spectrum: just incredible. It makes every color simply pop.I was watching er from 1994 and man, a show that’s 15 years old looks like it was filmed only a couple months ago. Remember if you’re going to watch a disc, you’ll need a 4k/uhd blu-ray player to get the most out of your tv. Software: remember when to download the most recent update from samsung to your tv. It’s just like an iphone, if you don’t update it may run slow or buggy. One thing i also did was uninstall then reinstall the apps so they were up to date. Worst case, because your tv is an actual computer, if it freezes (which mine has a couple of times), just press/hold the power button on the remote and it’ll reboot your tv.

The delivery came 90 minutes early. The setup instructions were clear. I mounted it on the wall using a single arc hdmi connection to a samsung soundbar. The electronic setup was easy- the prompts were intuitive and the process was easy. After setup, the tv remote also controlled the soundbar and blu ray. The 4k content from netflix looks awesome. The 1080 content from all sources looks good. I wish there was more 4k content. I followed instructions to integrate alexa and ring. I can ask alexa to show the ring doorbell view on the tv. I cut the cable cord with this purchase via youtube tv. I connected it to the internet via an ethernet cable to my router. All of the connections worked the first time out.
