MOOKA Wifi Projector

Outstanding product and value. I didn’t expect much from an inexpensive projector and blown away of quality in viewing movies. Very detailed, colors excellent and even the built in sound was not bad. Setup was easy and does not require total darkness (but darker is best). Attached are supported files. Usb drive must be formatted in fat, fat32 or ntfs. Exfat will not be recognized on this projector at this time (maybe future update). I also used amazon firestick, 1080p quality. I do recommend increasing brightness and contrast to personal liking. There are different picture modes (standard, vivid and user).

 pros:1) easy to set upput 2 aaa batteries into the remote (not included). Remote cover might be hard to open. I used a small flathead screwdriver. Turn the focus knob all the way to the right to extend the lens out. This will make it easier to remove the lens cover. It turns on when it changes from an orange to a blue light. Fan isn’t too noisy, but the unit does get quite warm in use. Screen pops up right away and remote is easy to use.

 i have a workout room that has white walls, so i tested out this projector in it and i was impressed. In the video you’ll see a 4k clip of one of the avengers movie. The projector works fine on white walls in a dark room. It’s not as easy to see if the room isn’t super dark, which is expected. The picture quality was good, but would definitely be better if used with a projector screen. It also has to be angled straight to have the best picture. I tried to use the screw that covers the wall mount to angle it up, but the picture quality decreases if you have to adjust the lens angle. The sound is good for being a portable unit and will do if you can’t plug it into a speaker. I tried casting on both an android phone and my macbook pro. Setup wasn’t super easy like casting to a tv.

 this projector is very good for its price range. At first i had a bit of an issue getting it to connect via screen mirroring or hdmi, but after turning it off and back on i didn’t have this issue anymore. The image is best when pointed straight and directly at the screen. There is no zoom, so you have to place the projector forward or backward as necessary for your desired screen size. However, it does have a very large range for the focus and 15 degree keystone. Upon adjusting the keystone, the focus along the edges will be a bit blurred compared to the center of the screen, but that’s why i mentioned it’s best to get a specific location to have it pointed directly at the desired wall or screen. You don’t get much better than this for the price range. I actually own about 4 or 5 different brand projectors in this price range for different uses, and they all function the same. You want amazing quality, you have to be willing to dish out upwards of $700-$1000.

The projector from mooka is of really satisfactory quality. Not only is it bright enough, but the sound quality is also really good. I bought the camera mount tripod together (from amazon) to make this product really look like it was used in a movie theater, and it was an excellent choice. 1) screen that can be seen clearly in dark or bright2) convenience of easy connection through screen mirroring on both ios and android3) sound quality was great4) if the wall is bent, the slope of the beam can be adjusted5) remote control works perfectly convenientlycons. Occasionally, video playback may be interrupted slightly due to the internet environment. However, i don’t know if this is a machine problem, as it sometimes happens when my internet is unstable.

1. Connect the projector to home wi-fi

2. Go to “Settings” then “Screen Mirroring” and find “iOS Screen”

3. Connect your iOS device to the same Wi-Fi;

4. Turn on the “Screen Mirroring” function on your iOS device, select the “MOOKA-XXXX” projector and connect it.

Wireless Screen Mirroring – Android:

1.Select Android Screen function

2.Turn on the WLAN on the Android device

3.Lauch the Multi-screen/ Wireless Display / Screen Morring / Smart View function.

4. Select “MOOKA-XXXX” from the searching result list.
